Goodbyes

He stood there loving me in his heart, caressing me with his soul.
I couldn’t say goodbye, I couldn’t.
But it was all I could do.
Love you, support you and never leave your side.

I will dream about you.

And as I wonder in my sleep, your face will always be there.

I couldn’t say goodbye. So instead I nuzzled in his arms closer and whispered sweet nothings in his ear.
