Stars

They say follow the North Star.

Well sometimes when you look up to the Northern Star, that Star will never shine.

And when that star does, just remember that stars will sometimes fall down.

You can’t just claim a Star is yours because they fall down for you.

‘Cause sometimes in the night they never show up, but they’re never really gone for good.

So when I tell you never to rely on someone you’ve trusted, never trust them at all because that Star was never yours.

And the heart that was broken can never be fixed because the cogs and screws have been broken with the strings.
