Here we are wrapped up into each other like chemicals that make the two of us whole.

And yet we are divided into two parts.

You are water and yet you look at me like you wanted a taste of wine.

And I don’t know what’s purer,

The taste of water over wine or the way you make me feel on a fine Summer’s day.
