The Fall of Saint Michael and His Redemption.... A Ballad

Once in Eden; the garden;

My heart palpitates around her soul; her smile and her knowledge amongst sin and doth harden.

My tongue tied; loins throbbing amongst human heart and head among my beloved’s beauty to seek the chalice of love for I know that if I love and to be loved through human eyes; she shall redeem me.

I must have her but deep in my heart I know what I must do, but upon my angst of temptation, God for I know doth not pardon.
